how do i order cookies?

Hop over to the "Order" tab at the top of the page and fill out the order inquiry form as thoroughly as possible. Once I receive your form, I'll review it and get back to you as soon as possible. The earlier you submit your order, the better the chance I'll be available to bring your vision to life.

As a full-time corporate girlie, I can only accept a limited number of orders each month. If I can accommodate your request, we'll chat about the details like design, quantity, and size via email. If you haven't heard back, please check your junk folder before reaching out.

Keep in mind that orders placed within a week of your event date will incur a 20% rush fee.

what’s the cost?

Custom sugar cookie orders start at $50 per dozen, with pricing adjustments based on the complexity and size of your desired designs. Additional costs may apply for intricate details like metallics, florals, and logos.

do you ship?

Absolutely! We can ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping fees will be covered by the customer and added to your final bill.

how do I pay?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice via email. To reserve your spot on my calendar, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick-up or drop-off. We accept payments through cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Please note that checks are not accepted.

what if I need to cancel or change date/details of my order?

You can cancel your order up to two weeks before your pick-up date for a full refund of your retainer fee. If you cancel within two weeks of your pick-up date, the deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to change dates or order details, please email me, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. As my schedule fills up quickly, the sooner you inform me of any changes, the better I can assist you.
